1. Select the backup

2. Review the crosswalk

Historical records without Bauer numbers are valid and do not need correction.

3. Preserve the core MarketSharp records

This copies contacts, inquiries, appointments, and jobs into separate archive tables. It does not change the Contacts or Open Jobs you currently use.

Checking database setup…
  1. If setup is needed, copy the setup SQL and run it once in the Supabase SQL Editor.
  2. Select and analyze the MarketSharp files above.
  3. Confirm and start the resumable archive import. Re-running it safely updates the same MarketSharp records.
Analyze the backup and complete the database setup first.

4. Review preserved records

Your MarketSharp archive is already preserved. Open the review screen to decide which records belong in daily Operations.
